Our Fees

Limited Company Annual Accounts and Corporation Tax Filing
A Limited Company is required to prepare statutory accounts and a corporation tax return each year, and submit these to Companies House and HMRC.
We offer four levels of support for Limited Companies:
Level 1:
This level is for businesses who wish to manage their day to day accounts themselves. We will set up your business with Sage Business Cloud Subscription and offer full email and phone support.
£40.00 per month
Level 2:
For businesses with 0-30 transactions per month.
£100.00 per month
Level 3:
For businesses with 31-60 transactions per month.
£150.00 per month
Level 4:
For businesses with 61+ transactions per month.
£240.00 per month.
Please contact us if your turnover exceeds £1m so that we can better understand your business needs and provide you with a tailored quote.
All levels include:

Entering of all transactions on a monthly basis (*not included with Level 1)

Monthly bank reconciliations (*not included with Level 1)

Unlimited support for day-to-day queries

Access to Sage Business Cloud where all your data will be available for review at any time of the day or night

Preparing and filing year-end financial statements with Companies House (dormant, micro-entity or small companies)

Preparing and filing corporate tax return with HMRC (CT600)

Preparing and filing self assessment tax returns for up to 2 directors (*not included with Level 1)

Preparing and filing confirmation statement (additional annual cost of £34.00)

Year-end tax adjustments and review

Unlimited support for day-to-day queries

VAT Returns
If your company is required to submit VAT returns please see costs below. This includes full preparation and filing.
Level 2 (0-30 transactions per month): £15.00 per month
Level 3 (30-60 transactions per month): £30.00 per month
Level 4 (60+ transactions per month): £60.00 per month
Personal Tax Returns
This package includes:

Sole trader annual profit & loss (if applicable)

Preparing and filing self-assessment tax return with HMRC

Tax computation and payment on account details prepared for you to review and pay

Unlimited advice and support for day-to-day queries
£150 per annum.
Payroll Services
We offer the following levels for Limited Companies:
Level 1 (up to 5 employees): £20 per month
Level 2 (6-10 employees): £35 per month
Level 3 (11-35 employees): £40 per month
Level 4 (36+ employees): £60 per month
All levels include:

ePayslips sent out to all employees monthly

Monthly submissions to HMRC

Pension auto enrolment

Year end filing - P60s filed with HMRC and emailed to all employees
